should be about 10' x 5' Currently thinking about Plan 86 from "101 Track Plans for Model Railroaders"  Current Status: All construction on pause until I can finish my basement room. This room will house my computer, bookshelves, music keyboard, work area and track location, fish tanks, weight set - I need a larger basement.
