11/17/2000 - Ordered this plane online from Balsa USA.  After talking to Bob S., he suggested this plane as a better second plane.  Using this plane, I can start to use my nice Saito 1.20 earlier.  This plane is also usable as a giant scale plane.  Should be fun to build.

11/18/2000 - Decided to make this page.

11/27/2000 - Received this model.  Not as large and heavy as I though.  First note is that there is NO hardware except for the biplane wing wires.  Instructions are VERY sketchy.  Not much more in the way of instructions than ordering a scratch built plans from a magazine.  Only advantage is the wood is pre packaged and the wing ribs and a few other parts are pre cut.

12/1/2000 - 12/25/2000 - Build the fuse sides.  Only a few hours. Steps 1-4.  3 Hours.

02/26/2001 - Work on Fuse again.  Paused because building Helicopter.  Step5-7. 2 Hours.

03/01/2001 - Build stab.  3 Hours.

03/21/2001 - Build Left Bottom Wing half.  3 Hours.

03/22/2001 - Sheet Top Left Bottom Wing half.  1 hour.

03/23/2001 - Build Right Bottom Wing half.  3 Hours.

??/??/2001 - Finish Right Top Wing.

02/25/2002 - Build new building board so that I can make the other half of the lower wing.

03/13/2002 - Building other wing half for top wing (ribs, spars, TE and LE).  2 Hours.  I just realized again that I cut the long pieces for the shorter wing (bottom) so that for the top wing, I have too short of a LE and wing spars.  I already replaced the wing spars, I will have to do with the LE by splicing from the cut pieces.
